Once you meet him, it’s obvious that Larry Strutz is a true professional at the top of his field. Larry has dedicated the past 35 years to building his real estate career. His goal is to maintain an educated, current knowledge of the market and put the client first in the search for real estate.
Larry’s vast knowledge and experience in the real estate market is gained from handling more than 3,000 individual transactions and over $400 million in gross sales over the past thirty five years. He has been a Diamond-Platinum Club Member since 1997 and more recently was one of the top two real estate brokers in the State of Oregon during 2005 and 2006. He has worked with both large and small developers and builders, and has brought designers, builders, buyers and sellers together to make it happen, and believes knowing the market is a key to a successful transaction.
Most of Larry’s business comes from referrals, and his high quality, personalized service, and innovative approach to making real estate transactions happen are what keep his customers satisfied.
